1. Services - Creative Content Micro-Clips

ClipsOneAir provides custom micro-clip production for marketing, social media, and promotional use. All creative direction and materials must be provided at project start. We reserve the right to refuse projects that violate any policies or applicable laws.

2. Info Products

We offer digital guides, templates, and courses related to micro-clip creation and editing. Access to materials is granted upon confirmation of payment and lasts for the period specified at purchase.

3. Physical Goods

Branded merchandise related to our micro-clip services may be purchased. Delivery timelines are provided at order confirmation. Shipping and handling charges apply.

4. Refund Policy

4.1 Services

Clients may request a refund within 7 days of purchase if the project has not entered the editing phase. Approved refunds are processed via the original billing method. Services may be rescheduled once within 30 days if the agreed-upon timeline is unsuitable. No refunds are granted for projects that have entered the final review or have been delivered.

4.2 Info Products

Refund requests for digital guides or courses may be submitted within 14 days of access. Once any material is downloaded or accessed beyond a preview, eligibility for a refund ends. Approved refunds are issued via the original billing method.

4.3 Physical Goods

Merchandise may be sent back within 30 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Clients must obtain a send-back authorization by contacting our team. After inspection, refunds are processed via the original billing method. Shipping fees and any custom charges are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges may be arranged by contacting our support.
